THE BASIC THAT APPLY TO ALL SERVICES:
>You MUST always credit me. Please either link my twitter or DA. Please do not just write, "credit to umbravenandi". Please make sure that there is a link to either one of my platforms.

>You may crop it, resize it, put your own background on it, put a watermark on it but please do not do the following actions:

-Trace
-Color edits
-Redrawing parts
-Taking off my signature
WITHOUT my consent!
This clause applies to both YCH, Adopts, and Commissions.

>Commissions and YCH are all for personal use only. Please contact me if you are planning on using it for commercial use.
>I have the right to decline any service at any moment.



PAYMENT AND THE PROCESS
>All payments are done through PayPal and in USD. No exceptions.

>I will send out an invoice once the first WIP is sent out to you. Once you receive the invoice, you have 72 hours to pay the full amount. Failure to pay will result in the canceled transaction and your WIP scrapped. This may mean I'll be wary to take you on as my client again.

>Please understand that there are NO REFUNDS on any services. If you do not have the full payment ready when you request a commission please do not commission me.

>I do not do emergency refunds.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS AND YCH
>Please be clear when you're requesting a commission / YCH from me.

Example I: Full body, full-colored / detail

>References are NEEDED. A reference sheet is ideal, however, I'm willing to take any form of visual references that you can provide. Though, please understand that people see things differently. Please let me know if there are any changes that you need to be done during the WIP process.

>>For my YCH bases, please do not edit, trace or draw over them. You may use it as a light reference. If you have questions about my bases please email me.

>>Please do not claim the YCH as your own drawing.

>Please respect my Dos and Don'ts. If you are unclear about something and / or if it isn't listed, don't hesitate to email and ask further questions as needed.


ADOPTABLES
>You may resell them, but at the initial price that you've paid for them. Unless there is art being sold alongside the adoptable.

>You may genderswap if you see fit.

>Major changes are prohibited. Minor changes like: changes with style of clothing or hairstyle is allowed. However, if there are major changes that you'd wish to have, please contact me.

>Do not credit the adopt as your own creation.

>If you're planning on selling the adopt, please let me know who ends up buying them. This is out of courtesy if anything. I'd like to know where my characters go.


CUSTOM LAYOUTS AND DIVS
>You are not to use any part of my coding as the "bones" or "base" to build your own layout.

>You can, however, use the coding multiple times for as many accounts / OCs you have. Though always credit me somewhere on the page. Which should always link back to me. There is a code that links back to me. Under no circumstance is it okay to remove it.

>Do not hand out my coding to anyone. If you need changes done, I am available to reach via email anytime. My coding is for the clients use only! It isn't for anyone else's personal and or commercial use.

>An invoice will be sent once you are satisfied with the coding. I will provide screenshots of a WIP. That is when you request any changes to be made. Only then will I make any changes for you there. Any future changes you will need will require a small fee for my time. Price will
vary depending on the complications of the changes, so please contact me for further information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO FINISH AN ART PIECE?
2 weeks at most, my real life is H E C T I C sometimes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO FINISH OVERLAYS OR LAYOUTS?
No longer than 2 weeks as well, sometimes sooner.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS ON ART PIECES?
I will provide a transparent .png of the finished piece, once completed. So that the client can add in their own background of choice if they so choose. Unless otherwise asked for, I only do simple | not-too-intricate backgrounds myself. i.e. solid colored backgrounds, with little to no detail.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO DO IN AN ART PIECE?
Nekomimi (light animal traits), Humanoid, Cyborg, Ecchi, Femboys, And simple backgrounds.

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING NOT TO DO IN YOUR ART PIECES?
Full on hentai, Animals, Furries, Males (For now until I can become more comfortable and confident with their anatomy), Intricate/highly detailed backgrounds, Heavy gore (such ass guts, brains, etc. Some blood play is okay!), Mecha.
